Moylagh       1-13

Dunsany       1-10

A second half goal from substitute Shane Brody was the difference between the two sides in this hard fought A league first round tie played in Oldcastle on Sunday.

Dunsany started the brightest and went 2 points ahead within the first 10 minutes but Moylagh soon got into their groove and went in at half time 0-7 to 0-5 to the good.

The victors were always on top in the second half and when Brody( a transfer target of Ballycomyle in the closed season) found the net from close range with literally his first touch of the ball Moylagh were 6 points to the good. Dunsany scored a late penalty goal to put a better complection on things but it was to little to late.
